Come and join Françoise Barbira-Freedman and Ingrid Lewis for postnatal recovery and family yoga in this beautiful one-and-a-half acre sanctuary nestled in a wild and beautiful Atlantic Ocean bay.

Optional Excursions
If you fancy exploring more of the surrounds there are optional excursions that you can choose to book for:
- A visit to the stunningly beautiful cloud-forest reserve Garajonay
- A boat trip to see whales and dolphins in their natural environment
- You can enjoy a swim in one of the two pools or the sea, rest in the shade under the huge rubber tree, or wander through the lovely organic fruit and vegetable gardens.
- There is plenty to do at the Finca (Farm): The nearby village boasts cafes, bars, shops, restaurants and several lovely sandy beaches. Enthusiasts can arrange climbing excursions and treks in the cloud-forest reserve.

Depending on the type of accomodation you choose, the 7-day retreat costs per person are outlined below. Please note that Children aged 0 - 3 years are free.

- Accommodation of your choice suiting your taste and budget.
