birthlightPostnatal Yoga helps you to regain your figure, strength and fitness after birth by restoring tone to the deepest muscles. You may have attended mother & baby yoga classes and feel it is time to do more yoga for yourself or want to prepare for either a subsequent pregnancy or a general hatha yoga routine but want to be able to bring your baby/toddler to the class. This class focuses on your postnatal recovery whilst babies/toddlers socialise and are supervised from the sidelines. Postnatal Yoga enhances your physical and mental well-being, allowing you to enjoy motherhood and your baby/ies more as you will feel fit and energised.

The course includes handouts and personalised instructions to your individual practise.

When do I Start?

Postnatal yoga you can start as soon as you feel ready for an outing, in case of a caesarean section after the scar has healed.
