I look forward to sharing with you the wonderful journey from womanhood to motherhood and beyond. Booking is essential due to the limited number of places. You can join at any time during the term if places are available. One-to-one tuition is available.

Postnatal Yoga for mums with toddlers in Dulwich: drop-in £11 / signed up £9 per class

Mother & Baby Yoga in Dulwich: drop-in £10 / signed up £8 per class

Sure Start & Little Starz Classes are free for those living within the Sure Start local programme area.
